Creates a new FIX Session with given Session Id.

Parameters

sessionId  SessionId
Session Identifier.
version  FixVersion
FIX protocol version.

Return Value

Session
a pointer to the created session.
Remarks
Note  Note
Two sessions with the same values of senderCompID and targetCompID can not be created unless they have different session qualifiers.
