	OutgoingLogout	Outgoing Logout message. Used when LogonAction equals to LogonEvent.DisconnectWithLogout. Field is available only for acceptor. In case of initiator it equals to . Reference to this message cannot be stored. Mesage will be destroyed automatically after callback call.
